Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.No, additional fees apply for delivery and set up and are priced according to distance from our Greenfield warehouse. These Travel/Set Up fees also include pick up and take down of the items. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q.Do you deliver to cities other than what is listed?
A.Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.Does the rental time include your set up time?
A.Yes. We arrive at your requested rental time. Remember to account for the setup time when choosing your start time. We will not arrive more than 30 minutes early without prior approval.
Q.Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?
A.Yes, we are insured! We can provide a COI at your request. Please note, there is a charge of $35 for this document (as charged by our insurance company).
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Credit/debit cards are accepted. We can take checks from organizations. We're sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Cancellations Made More Than Five (5) Days Before the Event: If you cancel more than five (5) days before the event date, you will receive a refund of any amount paid over the 25% deposit. Cancellations Made Within Five (5) Days of the Event: If you cancel within five (5) days of the event date, no refunds will be issued. This includes the initial 25% deposit and any additional amounts paid.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, we require an initial deposit of 25% of the order total to secure your booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due in full three (3) days before the event date.
Q.Do you take last minute rentals?
A.Yes, please call or email us directly if your request is within 5 days of your event.
Q.Am I responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our games. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our rules or negligence (i.e. not protecting the items from rain) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the item(s). Lost or stolen items will be billed at the replacement cost.
